Monica Savioz is a Pennsylvania author, entrepreneur, certified black belt, and advocate for perseverance, self-confidence, individuality, and embracing what makes us different. Raised in the small town of Shillington, Pennsylvania, Monica grew up as the fifth of eight siblings, learning firsthand the importance of courage, determination, resilience, and a good sense of humor.

Standing at just 4 feet 7 inches tall, Monica proudly embraces her experience as a little person and the unique perspective it has given her throughout life. Her personal journey has shaped her passion for telling meaningful stories that encourage readers to overcome challenges, believe in themselves, and recognize that true strength and greatness are not determined by size or appearance.

Monica currently lives in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Edward, and their three beloved Huskies—Bandit, Peach, and Patch. Alongside her writing career, she owns and operates several small businesses and has earned her certified black belt, reflecting the discipline, perseverance, and determination that continue to influence both her personal and professional life.

Monica is also the author of Hotel Hell: Take a Journey Through the Eyes of an Overnight Hotel Clerk, further establishing her voice as a storyteller with a talent for sharing experiences from unique perspectives.

Through her children’s story Maven, Monica brings her message of self-acceptance, courage, kindness, resilience, and individuality to readers of all ages.
